It was averagely okay.

Clean and comfortable. Well worth the cost.

Rooms don’t look like the pictures that’s advertised. Lobby was nice, however the rooms are extremely outdated, bathroom extremely small. Not happy at all with the stay. Very old hotel. Will not be staying there again.

Love staying at the place. Nice room. Lots of road construction around there, was hectic at times, especially with the national guard around.

The rooms themselves were very nice. Good beds and newer furniture. The only negative comment I could make about this property is that the elevators are limited in number and very VERY slow. Long wait times for elevators.

Terrible service. They oversold the hotel and when I checked in for a three day stay they said I just needed to switch rooms the next day. So I checked out in the morning like they asked and they said my new room would be ready later in the day. Well I came back and they said just kidding they were still oversold and I’d have to go to a different hotel (a Holiday Inn that they also owned) which was in a worse location. I asked for some kind of concession to make the situation right and they offered me some food from their grab-and-go, which I declined. They were unwilling to do anything else to fix the situation.

Lack of maintenance, room very old, elevator not working properly

The people working over the front desk is so mean with us and rude but the housekeeping is very nice I never going back there again and also don’t recommend to anyone going for vacation to relax

Shuttle je fajn, letiste blizko. Ale na vyber je mnohem vice lepsich hotelu. Sem uz urcite nikdy nepojedu.

Zklamání. Hotel je v příšerném stavu. Vypadá to v něm jako když přijedu ke své stoleté babičce. Vše staré a špinavé. Platili jsme 200 dolaru za naprosto neodpovidajici pokoj s jednou perinou, bez vody. Jedná se o hotel, kde spí personál letiště. Vybydlené, staré, bez výhledu. Snídaně další problém. Tak prázdnou snídani, kde si sama nemuzu nalit ani kavu s dzusem, jsem nezazila v americe. Velice chudá snídaně. Opět za ty peníze zcela mimo. Hotel je spíš motorest u cesty někde v poušti. Rozhodně ne ve Washingtonu. Nikdy více se sem nevrátím. Kdybychom meli cas, tak to resime a vratime hned. Co Vás čeká? Fronta na recepci personalem z letiste, neumytá okna, recepční, co neví, vše plné prachu, jedna peřina, odřené čelo postele, špinavé povlečení, starobylé vybavení, chudá snídaně, bez vody.
