Great location, the people were wonderful, very clean. However, there was some sort of brown water coming out of the tub faucet, they tried to figure it out and could not locate the source. It's hard default them for that, but it was there

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I had a fully prepaid reservation through Booking.com, yet the hotel refused to check me in because the virtual credit card issued by Booking.com was declined. This was not my responsibility—I had already paid in full on the app. Instead of assisting me, the staff rudely insisted that I sort it out with Booking.com and turned me away. As a solo female traveler, being stranded at night and forced to find alternative accommodation at the last minute was distressing and unsafe. My entire plans were disrupted. Basic hospitality requires extending courtesy to confirmed, prepaid guests and resolving payment disputes directly with the booking platform—not punishing travelers. If this property has issues accepting third-party bookings, it should not list itself on those platforms.

The rooms were clean, the furnishings were high-quality. The gardens were well-maintained.

This is a solid choice when staying in the Seattle area. Easy to get to. We had a studio suite that was very spacious. Breakfast was adequate, but nothing special. Be aware there is a parking fee.

Despite the fact that the hotel concept and location are very good, the quality of cleaning, room service, and maintenance of the infrastructure has dropped significantly. For example, you can often find hairs (female) on the towels, likely from hotel staff working with laundry or who is busy with cleaning of the rooms. In the restrooms upon check-in, hair can be seen everywhere. The quality of the bed linen also leaves much to be desired; for instance, in the photograph, you can see how worn the sheets are. In the restrooms, the toilet seats are worn out and not clean. The water pressure from the shower is very weak; it seems that a restrictor has been installed in the line. The bed linen needs to be replaced. Overall, it can be concluded that there is a lack of quality control at all stages of service, and primarily, there is a lack of oversight over the housekeeping staff. Therefore, hotel management needs to establish proper standards for maintenance, service, and cleaning of the hotel that will eventually be in line with the Marriott brand. At the moment, this is not evident.

Breakfast was good: eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, etc.... The oatmeal bar was very nice with about 8 options for topping your oatmeal. Parking right outside the external entrance to my room made load in and our very easy.

No complaints. The room was as advertised.

When we walked into the unit, we were met by the smell of curry throughout the unit. It was if it was seeping from the walls. I did not want to leave anything in the closet closed, as I did not want the smell to trap onto any of our clothing even more. The bed comfort was more on the softer side, as were the pillows. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable, my 15 yo had back pain the next day. The staff is super friendly and the location is great for Alderwood Mall and is surrounding restaurants, movie theatre and Dave & Busters within walking distance. Just don’t think we can take a chance staying here again.

Room 122 needed some cleaning. It smelled like curry when I walked into the room. There was no screen in the room downstairs. I had lipstick or marker on the lamp in the bedroom downstairs. I also had mold in the bathroom downstairs. Carpet was torn between the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Toothpaste on the wall of the downstairs bathroom.

Great overall! Rooms themselves could go for a little update but thats it
