This is a truly lovely little spot on Rottnest. The property was in a clean and neat condition.

Can’t really say it had any faults! It’s everything you need for a short stay. It’s spacious and comfortable.

. The staff were friendly the breakfast was very good.

The room was by the park and BBQ area and a well used path. So it was noisy from nearby campers not staying in resort and by other people using the path. Also the garbage truck came straight by our window at 6am. Given the fact that the resort was not fully booked I think they could have put us in a more quieter spot. We paid over $400 NZ so I don’t believe it was good value for money.

Breakfast didn’t match up with the room rate. Staff seamed a little under pressure to clear tables

Location, breakfast, comfort and surrounds of tent. Having bags delivered from and returned to ferry was a bonus

Bike racks outside our tent were full and therefore, had we kept our bikes overnight, there was nowhere to put them
