"Excellent price, hotel shuttle, v comfortable beds, lovely staff"

From the time of booking the communication from the hotel was very good. The hotel shuttle was fantastic and a man beginning with S was so kind and helpful. The lady at reception on 23rd April was excellent ( Janiai) and nothing was too much trouble. I really liked my excellent size room for the price, the beds were so comfortable, coffee machine fab and the price unbeatable. Caitlyn in the restaurant gave excellent service and was very attentive throughout the meal. I prefer a none pub place to visit in HI but the food was very good.
