"You're better off staying in a dormitory."

We had booked in for a two night stay. We had gone out on the first day expecting the trash to be emptied and the beds made when we arrived back hours later. Not. I stopped at the front desk mid-afternoon to ask if they could pick up our trash. They took my room number with a "no problem". When we came back later that evening and it still hadn't been done, I called the front desk. The clerk informed me the rooms are only cleaned once, no matter how many nights you stay, and he was kind enough to give me directions from my room to the dumpster??????????????????????? If I'm going to act as my own maid, shouldn't they at least discount the rate and pay me for my time? The Holiday Inn Corporate site was my go to for booking our travel. This experience is making me think twice.

The location was good, and we liked the shuttle. The staff was very attentive. The price was good .

The facility was dated and a little rundown. The breakfast looked good, but the baked goods weren't fresh.
