Quality Inn & Suites Brooksville I-75-Dade City

power went out once during our 4 night stay. pool area was dirty. floors make your feet black when walking barefoot.

Really liked the location and the room was great with the exception of the metal bar that stuck out from the bottom of the bed. It was calf height and I banged my leg getting in add out of bed. It bruised and is a little painful.

i left a pair of riding boots and spurs and house keeping supposedly didn’t find them.

The staff was friendly and quick. Our room was very clean. Pet friendly and all staff spoke to my 120 lb Rhodesian Ridge Back. He is a gentle giant and still they spoke to us. I have to say you would never know it was a pet friendly room due to the cleanleness. I go south on a regular basis and this will be my point of stay. Thanks to all staff.

An absolute nightmare. The non-smoking room I booked reeked of cigarettes, had spots on the bed, dirty lampshades, a bathroom with fecal matter in the toilet and tub. I didn't even put my stuff down, I immediately went to the front desk where they refused me a refund, I slept in my car. A complete waste of money.

Hated it!!! Bugs in the rooms, mouse roaming around the trash, terrible bathroom! There was hair inside the shower!
