It was extremely noisy with traffic and people talking late every night. One of Patio doors did not lock correctly, so I felt unsafe for myself and children. Cupboards in kitchen very high to reach plates. Welcome food pack was gratefully received. Still waiting for my deposit to be returned.

It was difficult to find the location of the keys, it may have been due to the fact we were quite tired from the trip. However we were walking around the property for about 15-20minutes to try locate the lock box. Property was very clean, had all necessary kitchen equipment. Air con worked perfectly (needed in a very hot season in Cyprus!). Communication with the property was excellent, and very prompt. An arrival pack in the fridge of the basics was very much appreciated, thank you!

More information provided on arrival (ie in the apartment). We were referred back to the terms and conditions on booking for a few of our queries. Some basic information, ie where to empty your bins daily would have been appreciated. Beds were very firm, too firm for our liking however this is a personal preference.

Well equipped apartament, clean. Close to shops and restaurants.

We were not content because opposite of the apparent was building site. We can’t use the balcony because of a lot of dust. Workers were started their work very early. Pool open from 9:00 to 20:00. Some people resides there permanently and among them we weren’t feel freely. Additional amount for electricity- we did not have to pay it as compensation for the view from the balcony which we had not been informed about before. But the additional amount for electricity is stressful, especially when you don’t know the price for it.

It was supposed to be 4* but our apartment was a disappointment. A 4ft 6” mattress on a 5ft frame. They changed the mattress for another 4ft 6in one! The sofa faced the kitchen not the television and was uncomfortable. We only met one member of staff, the rest was by email from the management company.

Beds were uncomfortable and too low. It felt like a very hard cheap mattress. Bath very high and dangerous to get in and out of...had to hang into the window catch and the towel rail as was afraid of slipping ..also the bath although it had been cleaned, had a lot of " dirty marks" on it . .embedded marks so always looked dirty

The location and local amenities are very good.

Upon attending the property it was clear that it had not been cleaned properly. There was a loose tile on the floor sitting up proud which cut my son’s foot. The way they rectified this was by placing a mat over the tile.The washing machine was inoperable and it took the Demari complex 5 days to rectify. This was a massive inconvenience as there are no other washing facilities nearby so we had to go to further expense to buy more clothes. The kitchen floor was flooded and there was not a mop in the villa. We went to the expense of buying one as the ground floor was in an unsanitary condition due to the flood from the washing machine. There was also a disgusting smell coming from under the sink area in the kitchen. A bathroom door locked when a family member was inside resulting in them being locked in. Fortunately I was able to get them out but the repair wasn’t until late the next day. It is clear that this property requires money and time spending on it and it is not a true reflection on how it is advertised.

Walking distance to the beach, supermarket & restaurants.

Being at ground floor it can get a bit noisy, especially if you are travelling with kids. There's a parking behind the bedroom window.
