The place is on a fastastic location, very convenient, clean, the room was very spacious and confortable. There's a Carrefour minimarket 24/7 right next to the accomodation, huge huge plus! Communication with the staff was fluid and fast, I was able to find the place in no time right after arriving San Remo. The place is clean, they can clean the room for you when you leave if you wish to.

The only thing us that, the street might get a bit noisy at night, motos passing by, nothing to blame the accomodation, it's just a small detail you might have to deal with. If you have a deep sleep then pay no attention to this.

My room had the private bathroom externally, about ten meters away from the room, but it was clearly stated.

We arrived early and the hostess came to meet us although the time was different from our booking.

There is a street lamp opposite the room and the curtains did not block out the light. The bathroom was outside the room. I did not realize this but it was specified on the website. The room was not particularly clean (hair on bedlinen and on floor). The bathroom had ingrained dirt on the shower stall. There were no additional electric sockets to plug in telephone chargers, i-pads or hairdryer. We could hear the guests next door snoring :-(
