エクスペリアからホテルへの情報が上手く伝わっておらず、朝食の数量が間違っていた。 きちんと伝達はしてほしかった。 施設については 近くにコンビニもあり、利便性はよかったです 。

"A nice calming stay in city of Nagasaki."

Staff were great and friendly, the place was very spacious and clean. The laundry facilities were free! And there were onsen as well on top floor, which I was sad I didn’t get chance to use. There were free amenities on first floor.

A bit of a walk from the bus station, 15 mins or so. If you can take a taxi it will be about a 6 mins or so ride, so I would recommend that if you have big luggages. Otherwise, everything else was great.
