Location

The older man who served breakfast and checked us out seriously needs some lessons in customer service, what an ignorant,arrogant and unfriendly person. My card didn’t work in the card machine(along with 2 other UK cards) he made out it was my fault and started shouting and pointing at me….. so he got back what he gave…. Horrible man… I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if it was the last place on earth….

"Convenient, comfortable, friendly hotel."

Great location, very close to the old town, with a lovely view of the cathedral. Friendly, helpful staff. Good parking - watch out as satnav will take you over the bridge and it's a nuisance to find your way back. Lovely room - big, clean, comfortable with a stylish bathroom . I don't normally eat hotel breakfasts, but this was lovely and healthy.
