2駅利用出来交通の便が良く、スタッフの対応も親切、丁寧で申し分無いです。

The staff were kind and helpful, we appreciated the free toothbrushes and the 24 hour reception, and the bedroom, bathroom and bed were of a good standard.

JR、東武スカイツリーラインの二駅より近く、飲食店、買い物にもとにかく便利。 ホテルのフロントも親切、丁寧、部屋での居心地も良く、越谷ではここ！ 朝食のクオリティも高く、満足です。

スタッフの対応が良かったです

駅からとても近いので交通の便も良いです その上、駐車場も備わっているので便利です （私は遠方から呑み会に参加する予定があったため、車で行ってチェックイン後に呑み会へ出掛けるで利用しました） アメニティはフロントで貰うスタイルなのでチェックインの時にそのまま貰って部屋に行くとよいと思います

I was pleased with my stay overall. Staff were nice, reception was open late so even though I arrived after midnight, check in was easy (though an intercom system needed to be used to enter after 1 am). Room was clean but it was a smoking room so there was still a tobacco scent that permeated the room. To be expected. TV was a recent model with access to YouTube and other applications. If you chose to have breakfast, there was a western option and a Japanese option. I chose Japanese and was very impressed with what I received. A wide assortment of small cups and platters of Japanese cuisine. There was also a small breakfast counter with additional self service items such as breads, rice, curry and drinks. Everything was very good. Overall positive experience during this short stay.

土曜日で都内は満室だったが、お値打ちな価格で宿泊出来ました、綺麗な部屋で広かったです
