"Good"

周圍環境很棒，可在河堤上騎腳踏車（民宿有供應），有須多電動汽車可給小朋友騎，房間內的佈置小朋友也很喜歡，老闆娘會提供飼料到公園餵魚，也會提供周遭可旅遊的景點。只是在大人的標準有點失望，付三千塊居然是鐵皮屋，房間也是的木板補土部份已龜裂，屋內裝潢以及房屋外表應改再改善

老闆娘老闆很客氣熱情、早餐也很棒！房間大、還有陽台、有太多台兒童車子可以開、還有腳踏車、有機會會再入住😍

費用便宜、早餐不錯、玩具也很多，但房間清潔度待加強，床也很硬，房間是鐵皮屋隔音不好，除非訂不到其他費用差不多的房間否則不會想再來

"清潔整齊價格相宜"

房間清潔， 整齊， 價格相宜， 老闆熱情有禮， 適合有小朋友的家庭入住， 但是民宿本身有一些時日， 顯出有些舊， 不過已反映在價錢上， 總括來說， 我 和兩個小屁孩 十分喜歡 101民宿

"對有小朋友的家庭來說CP值高"

老闆娘一家很親切，房間意外的隔音還不錯，還有書跟腳踏車可以借，附近還有個公園，早餐是中式的也吃的很飽，以暑假宜蘭的房價來說很划算

這個價格確實不要太期待能住到多棒的房間！ 房間本身比較舊、設備也是，但民宿主人準備了非常多玩具，小朋友能盡情的玩！
