I'm a Nature lover

The fact that we got booked in a different house than the one I saw in the picture when I made a booking was huge turn off. The first night I was horrified to sleep in a different house from my family. We want a big house to accommodate all 12 adults. Another problem is the booking.com didn't specify that every car must pay a conservation fee of R415 and it's too much considering we already paid for accommodation.
