The Inn At Stone Mill

Unique property. 3rd floor of old stone mill on the stream going through Little Falls turned into bed and breakfast type facility. Rooms are big and nicely done with modern bathroom fixtures, comfortable bed. Sounds travel in the building so pretty easy to hear neighboring conversations. Self-serve breakfast was great as they kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed being able to look out the window at the stream behind the building at the wintering ducks. Enjoyed out stay.

It is located in a unique retrofitted industrial building with a cafe and shops downstairs.

The bed was uncomfortable. Needed a new mattress. The shower head needs to be replaced.

Cool place and location. Will definitely recommend and return in the future.

We were excited to stay at the Inn and check in was fine and our room looked was nice. We quickly discovered the hot tub was out of order and no one told us when we arrived. Another problem we found was they have a load heater above the bed and it made it impossible to get to sleep. We were hoping for an enjoyable weekend but it ended up being a disappointment.🙁

Staff communicated via email. Never saw an employee. Heard the other guest in the room nextdoor. Very unusual decor, like a mini fridge that you would have in a dorm room as a night stand and a wood pallet as the headboard. Not many options in this area. Seemed like the best option but just a strange visit. Clean....

I thought the location was excellent. The continental breakfast was very good. The room was neat, and quiet overnight. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was easy to get to.

We found that the walk in shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor when using it. Perhaps a higher lip on the shower floor or shower curtains that more easily prevented water from leaking outside the shower stall would be beneficial.
