The property was comfortable clean and tidy

The breakfast room set up was perfect in that you had everything you needed & could come & go as you pleased….. even if it was really early!

Lovely setting easy parking and comfortable room. Host was welcoming. Breakfast room good. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family

Just a couple of little things we felt would make our stay even better. Bath mats both inside and outside the shower to avoid slipping.

Welcome on arrival. Room all I wanted, some might prefer bath to shower, Breakfast DIY and basic, but as expected. Muesli could have been offered. If staying for longer would have brought my own fruit

Drove past it a couple of times although car SatNav alerted that close- I suppose I was expecting more obvious signage. Needed to look at Goggle maps. If directions had stated first property on left after roundabout exit, just having passed the industrial unit area on the right, then would have avoided! Ditto had I prep'd better then I would have known wouldn't I?

It was quiet, easy to find, good parking, clean rooms, gym and mini kitchen. It was wonderful being able to wake up to birds chirping.

Friendly welcome and rooms are very clean, beautifully presented and very comfy. Slept great as very quiet at night. A great price for the area and a good basic breakfast included. Nice little outdoor seating area and a gym. Lots of thoughtful extra touches like board games, books, plenty of extra milk, tea and coffee. Easy close parking, children’s play area and there’s a microwave in the breakfast area. Breakfast was cereals, toast, jam, pain au chocolate, eggs if you wanted to microwave them and juice and bottled water so a great extra before you set off. Beautiful building that is a converted school and nice to see photos of the old school and a class in the hallway.

The sensors that turn the lights on in the en-suite as you cannot have a wee in the night without the lights and fans turning on.
