I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel in Vangvieng for a night, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service I received. Despite arriving late, the receptionist went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process, greeting me with a warm smile and making me feel right at home. Their kindness and helpfulness were truly impressive, and it set a great tone for my stay. The room I booked had a stunning mountain view, which was simply breathtaking! The scenery was postcard-perfect, and I loved waking up to those views every morning (ok, it was just one morning, but still!). The hotel's facilities were also top-notch, with a lovely swimming pool that was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city. And let's not forget the breakfast - wow! The spread was delicious, with a great variety of options to suit all tastes. I was impressed by the quality and presentation of the food, and the staff were happy to accommodate my requests. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vangvieng. The hotel's warm and welcoming atmosphere made my trip truly unforgettable, and I'll be sure to share my positive experience with friends and family. Vào 11 giờ đêm khi tôi lấy hành lý của mình từ xe ô tô. Nhân viên lễ tân đã nói chuyện không lịch sự và dọa sẽ đuổi tôi ra ngoài. Tôi không gây ồn ào vào không làm ảnh hưởng đến người khác . Họ đã đối xử thô lỗ với tôi. Tôi đã rất giận dữ và đã bỏ đi trong đêm. Họ đã xúc phạm đến khách hàng nhân viên lễ tân nói chuyện bất lịch sự và có vẻ như bị tâm thần phân liệt nhẹ. Tôi chắc chắn là anh ta không được đào tạo.

방비엥에서 중심지에 위치해서 접근성이 좋아요.그리고 마운틴 뷰는 방비엥에서 아주 좋아요

룸시설이 노후된점은 아쉬워요

Caution - see below. I would have liked to have given hotel a high rating; room was clean and comfortable, spacious (2 x bed), quiet, hot water for shower, mountain view as per booking (3rd floor room). Staff were friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. Very good value for money.

99% certain that someone used a key to enter my room and remove money from my rucksack. Money was thai baht left over from Thailand, being kept for my return. Unfortunately didn't notice until after checking out - there were small indications that rucksack had been gone through, but not obvious until afterwards. Only stayed one night, so no reason for anyone to be in my room. Had follow up communication with hotel - communication was good but they denied all knowledge. Visited and filed a report with tourist police in Vang Vieng who were very helpful: three police officers attended hotel along with myself. Although CCTV which was in place, hotel was unable to provide access (I believe only person with password was in Vietnam and not contactable). Clearly this could happen anywhere, but I would suggest caution for anyone planning on staying at the Jasmine Vang Vieng Hotel.
