I was told by staff we can have early check in, upon arrival I was told something different

NOTHING! Due to this hotel, I WILL NEVER stay at Holiday Inn again. The staff was totally incompetent and inept. I booked two rooms and they were suppose to be adjoining rooms. I had a confirmation from the booking agent and I also had a confirmation from the hotel that the rooms would be adjoining. When I got there to check in, I was told they only had one room reserved and they had a second room available but the two rooms would not be near each other. I showed my confirmation and the confirmation from THEM, showing two confirmed rooms and they would be adjoining rooms. The desk clerk kept telling me we only show one room. I showed her again the confirmations that they had sent me. After she told me for the 5th time that I only had one room reserved, I said to heck with it and left. NEVER, EVER, NEVER EVER STAY AT HOLIDAY INN!

Totally clueless staff. This place should be permanently closed and removed from the surface of the planet. The incompetent, inept, unhelpful staff needs to be drug out into the street and publicly flogged,

I booked and pained for my room. For the price I paid almost $400 for 2 nights . Got to the hotel to check in and all of a sudden these hidden fees arise, not to mention if I’m a guest that’s paid to stay why do I need to pay $16.50 per night, that was not included in none of the booking Info. Then on top of that . That huge as hotel and microwave in the room. The mini fridge barely worked. The ice machine did not work on multiple floors with no signs saying it is down. Told the front desk and he looked at me like what was he suppose to do. Mind you the chairs in the room was so torn up. The bed everytime you got on or off or even moved it would make these terrible sounds like the bed is about to break. All these bad experiences and high prices, I thought they would have free breakfast at least NO $26 per person. I called for towels had to wait 30-45 mins to receive them . I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Ruined my stay

The staff was nice, when we checked in, the first room was next to people who had smoked weed, smell was real bad told front desk, moved us to another room hallway carpet filthy, room was okay bathroom was not clean properly, carpet in room dirty with spots all over it, then we were awaken by someone beating on the door, they had the wrong room and they were intoxicated this was at 4:00 am very scary, We usually stay at Double tree and never had these problems, being disable i was not happy, at check out their were no carts, i asked the desk the staff found me a cart that was dirty pant all over it, i had to clean it before i used it. i joined your club but if this is the norm I may have to go back to my other choice my Hilton honors club. again, after what i paid for three days i was totally disappointed for what i stayed in. My wife and I love to do our getaways and unfortunately after 39 years of marriage and our little get aways this was our first time staying with your hotel, we chose it from reviews and pictures but in person was not what the pictures displayed.very disappointing.
