The room was amazing with sea views out the bay window. Can sit in bed looking out to sea

Another resident not being ready to leave at check out meaning we got blocked in the car park waiting, the owner did try his best and went to ask them to move

Clean facilities room had everything in that was needed and was on the seafront

The bed was small and bouncy and the toilet door squeeked, but that's some real first world problems there

Friendly clean room was perfect put birthday banners up for my partner birthday ... Breakfast was great . Will be staying again Great couple Looks beautiful with there Christmas decorations Up

We paid extra for a king room with sea view , we had a sea view but it's definitely not a king room just a double.

Breakfast was ok but very little choice

Free parking, very clean, smelled nice, great location and cheap

There is nothing to dislike. It is what it is.

Location was great

Radiator didnt work so was cold in the room. We did have a portable heater which we didnt leave on while out or in bed asleep so was cold when we got back late at night or in the morning. It also said sea view we got a room with no view apart from a building. We did also run out of milk we knocked and rang bell several times for more milk no answer. We went to shop in the end to get milk.

Nice hotel situated about 15 minute walk to pleasure beach. Rooms were functional. Bed, small bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities. Nice place owners were pleasant and had parking which is always handy. Cheap and cheerful place to come if you need somewhere to stop off in blackpool on a budget. Did have a fish and chips and pub near by if u didn't want to go to pleasure beach. All in all decent place for a reasonable price.

Bathroom cold as came in november (no heating in bathroom) but other than that not bad for the price.
