El Nido Moringa Resort

L’hôtel est magnifique, la piscine est agréable même si elle manque cruellement de transat par rapport à la quantité de personnes autour de la piscine. La chambre était très propre et confortable

Nous avons eu de l’eau orange qui sortait du robinet de la salle de bain et lorsque nous sommes allés voir l’accueil pour leur demander ce qu’il se passait, ils n’ont pas su répondre et ont prétendu appeler un manager. Une dizaine de minutes plus tard ils nous ont appelé à la réception pour nous montrer une feuille qui était là depuis le début sur le comptoir indiquant qu’il y aurait des « travaux de tuyauterie ». Bref, d’une mauvaise foi incroyable

I really liked everything about my stay in the hotel, cannot complain

- La habitación bonita y cómoda, así como el baño muy espacioso y con todo lo necesario. - Te hacen la habitación a diario. - La zona de la piscina muy bonita. - Personal amable - Buena ubicación a 7min en moto de el nido town.

- Desayuno carísimo para lo que es (unos 10 euros por persona) y muy poca variedad. Pedimos un late y te lo cobran extra (casi 3 euros). A nivel sabor, no está mal, pero nada del otro mundo. - Todos los extras que pidas con ellos es carísimo, el transfer al aeropuerto carísimo por un trayecto de 17 minutos, un tuktuk cuesta 60% menos. - Por la moto te cobran un 40% más de lo que cobran en el resto de sitios.

Wenn man zum strand möchte muss man 5 min über die Straße gehen.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—they were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Whether it was organizing tours or offering helpful recommendations, their support made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel itself was beautiful, and our room was comfortable and well-maintained, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic massage experience, which was both rejuvenating and professionally done. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily return again.

Good location just far enough from town

Building work on the pool until 10pm sometimes,, we were aware of the work prior to arrival but didn’t expect works ongoing until late in the evening

The staff was very helpful and the location was great. On the main road and about 5 minutes with scooter from down town.

Unfortunately I had only one downside - the pool was in maintenance. They did inform me about this.

Rummet var stort och välstädat.

Vi har blandade känslor efter vår vistelse. Det positiva är läget, men tyvärr var poolen grön och helt oanvändbar under hela vår vistelse, vilket var en stor besvikelse. ​Det som gjorde upplevelsen riktigt dålig var hotellets hantering av problem. ​vi fick lägga tre dagar på att tjata till oss en rättmätig kompensation för den oanvändbara poolen. Ledningen/receptionen hävdade upprepade gånger att de 'inte hade tillgång' till Booking.coms system för att bekräfta vår återbetalning, trots att de själva bekräftade att de fått mejl från Booking.com. Det var en fördröjningstaktik som kändes som ett försök att slippa undan sitt ansvar. Det krävdes att vi var extremt ihärdiga och till slut tvingade oss till en kontant utbetalning för att få den kompensation vi blivit lovade. ​Vi rekommenderar framtida gäster att vara mycket vaksamma. Resorten har potential, men den bristande transparensen, det dåliga bemötandet och den omständliga processen för att få rätt vid reklamation gjorde vistelsen stressig och obehaglig.
