No tiene nada bueno este hotel

Nada me gustó, la limpieza es terrible, la cama en el momento que llegué tenía manchas en la ropa de cama y pelos. El personal terrible, además pusieron que no había ido al hotel, cuando había ido y no me dieron las facturas de mi estadía, con el fin de ahorrarse la parte de impuestos. Muy despecionada
