Horizon Aeifos Suites

Our stay at Horizon Aeifos Suites was amazing! I never expected such a unique and beautiful hotel. The location was perfect! It's located next to the Castle of Agios Nikolaos. Mihai, the hotel Manager and his staff especially Antonio were wonderful! Breakfast was delicious with an incredible view. I highly recommend!

There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe how wonderfully important Mike and Antonio made us feel on our stay at Horizon Aeifos Suites!! The service and hospitality is like NONE I have ever experienced! The accommodations and view are SPECTACULAR! Privacy in Oia!! Best of both worlds. You get to stay in picturesque Oia and be close to great restaurants, views and shopping, but you also get to be away from the crowds and enjoy an amazing view. Mike went above and beyond helping with lost airline luggage, my uncle's forgotten medication, restaurant reservations/recommendations. Antonio carried our luggage (Which is extremely important as there are a lot of steps in Oia), brought us our delicious breakfast every day with a bright smile and was so kind and helpful. I would stay here again and again and I recommend Horizon Aeifos Suites wholeheartedly! Thank you to Mike and Antonio for treating us like Kings and Queens!!! Bravo!!!

The hotel was basic for a 4 star hotel - no bar, no restaurant, no 24 hour reception, simple hand held shower, no storage for clothes except one rail/hangers. Also very difficult access via steep steps down the cliff face to the Studio room. However that is not the point. The views from our room were incredible. Infact we purchased take away food from local restaurants and had evening meals on the terrace outside our room to enjoy awesome setting. Oia itself is overun with tourists and extremely crowded day and night. Our room overlooking the Caldera and was a peaceful haven. Perfect 2 night stay.

To many steps to get to the rooms

We felt so lucky to be able to stay in the cave houses of Oia- it was a bucket list trip! The customer service here was unbelievable! It is about a quarter mile from the drop off point at the post office in town- where the closest vehicles can go, so the hotel sent the strongest young man to help us carry our bags all the way there and back, over the stairs and cobblestones. And he brought our huge trays of breakfast each day too. And Michael booked a wonderful catamaran dinner cruise that was amazing. Our breakfasts were huge and incredible- and we loved the kitties that came to visit. Two things to note: the shower is handheld, which is tricky, and there are A LOT of steep, narrow steps to get down to the cliff rooms. (71 down and 23 up, to get to our room). The views were AMAZING, and we loved sitting out and looking at the views day and night. It sits at the end of Oia, right under the castle, but on the less windy side, which was lovely.

Beautiful hotel, we had a view of the sea from our balcony and breakfast was brought directly to us so we could eat while admiring the view. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even carrying our luggage up and down tons of stairs. It’s located right next to the “sunset spot” so you don’t have to go far to see one of the best sunsets on the island (but it does get crowded)

The property is beautiful and is located in the center of Oia. Close to everything. The staff are great and very helpful! The rooms are spacious but the lighting isn't the greatest. It also gets cold inside no matter how hot it is outside!

Good place,Good staff,Clean room, Plenty amenity,Nice Breakfast. Totally recommend this Hotel. I will back here again!
