The best aspect of this hotel is the location. It is right on the tram line into the center of Dijon and the trams run frequently. Other Positives: Clean Comfortable bed Decent breakfast Good shower Many electrical outlets Reasonable sized room Helpful staff Next to a big mall if you need something while traveling, and mall offers alternatives for eating if you don't want to wait for the 7PM opening of the hotel restaurant Negatives: Very slow internet Limited shelf space and luggage space Chairs not very comfortable Dining room doesn't open until 7PM

Lovely clean hotel with great facilities. The car park is perfect for all size cars, the outdoor swimming pool is a wonderful experience, the spa with the Sauna & Steam room are a great way to relax, the room was spotless & very very comfortable. Nice stay on our way back from South of France to Calais. Hotel attached to large upmarket shopping mall, with plenty of options for food (as well as very large carrefour). Hotel nice and modern, 2 double beds, although rooms a little warm. Bar nice with expensive drinks €8 for a beer. Breakfast was good with usual items present. All in all a good stay, with lots of amenities in the shopping centre.

Love this hotel and surroundings. We stayed here two yrs ago at the beginning of our holiday and this year we stayed at the beginning and end of our month holiday. The journey through is so good on our way to Italy it’s a good stopover. With all amenities. Didn’t use the pool this year as we were too tired but also on our stay yesterday I noticed the pool and area was not as clean as expected. The restaurant food was amazing.

The hotel is conveniently located to a shopping centre. Room was so comfortable and spacious. Breakfast provided a good range. Ample parking. We really enjoyed the pool. Overall the hotel was a great experience with really lovely staff. Would recommend.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights to break up our journey to the South of France. We had a family room which consisted of 2 proper beds. Very clean and bathroom was decent as well. Loads of free parking and easy to find. We went to the large shopping mall next door - our teenagers appreciated this! The tram stop is right outside the front of the hotel. We got a 24 hour pass for 4 people - unlimited tram travel for 24 hours. Only €9.45 for a group of 4 so very good value. Trams were about every 15 mins and this was on a public holiday for France and it was about 12 mins into centre of Dijon. Very pleased with this choice of hotel - ticked all the boxes for us.

Smart design. Convenient and easy to reach.

It wasn't my favourite place to stay. After being in France for 3 weeks and visiting some beautiful parts, if you want to make your journey home part of your experience don't book a place like this. Go for something unique. You will get more enjoyment out of it. That said it does what it says on the tin if that's your kind of thing. Whatever you do don't eat in the restaurant next to the hotel it is a disgrace and the food is awful. The hotel food looked a little better.

The hotel was ideally located for out one night stay on the way back from the South of France to the UK, with the centre of Dijon a 10 minute ride on the tram from outside the hotel. The adjacent shopping centre with good food outlets was a bonus.

Terrible customer service, AC wasn't working when it was 29C and we melting in that hot room. Called the reception and the lady hung up on me saying she can't help as the front desk it very busy. Never again
