the property was clean and new the view is beautiful

property we stayed in was not same as property shown here but was nice. it is on a very steep hill and was hard to walk up/down too

Convenient location, modern fixtures and surprisingly quiet at night, despite being on a somewhat noisy part of town. Comfortable beds and a lovely urban/water view. The hosts left us lovely treats and were exceptionally responsive!

Parking was on the street up the hill which was fine since we always found room at the end of the day. Comically the undulating road the property is located on feels like youre in a car with square tires if you try to drive down it 😂 potentially slippery in the rain.

"Amazing property, highly recommend!"

We stayed for 13 nights and property was very clean and modern...absolutely incredible in every way. Very spacious, excellent kitchen with modern appliances and full fridge. The internet and TV channel selection was excellent. Jorge was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful during our entire stay. Was left a lovely welcome basket which was very thoughtful. We had no issues parking our car a short distance from the apartment near the church. Everything was close and an easy walk to the marina and old town.

Nothing... everything was perfect. I would highly recommend the property!

Great, very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Good localization, close to all atractions in Ponta Delgada - just few minutes to the local market with food. The owners are very friendly and helpful. It was pleasure to stay there.

"Modern and perfect second home for Ponta Delgada"

This fully equipped apartment was perfect for my husband and my ten-night stay at the end of the year. It is spacious, modern, super clean and well equipped with everything we needed. There are perfect fitting black-out blinds and a comfortable bed, so we slept well. Great views, but a private space.
