Disponibilità, gentilezza e professionalità dello staff. La SPA davvero molto carina e ad uso privato sotto prenotazione. Sullo stesso piano presente una area longue con bar e sigari davvero molto bella.

Camera molto piccola anche se accogliente. Ci è dispiaciuto non trovare il ristorante interno attivo.

Elegí el hotel por el precio y volvería por el servicio, que inicia desde la cálida atención de Florencia y Emiliano, pasando por la presentación de las habitaciones y cerrando con la variedad y calidad del restaurant (tanto para la cena como para el desayuno -la carta del restaurant es variada, las porciones son generosas con muy buena calidad de los ingredientes y la atención de María Mercedes redondea una linda experiencia-). La ubicación es correcta para descansar y para hacer base para los centros de esquí o el Bernina Express. Muy recomendable!

Todo superó la expectativas.
