Room looked well kept and cozy and the bed was very comfortable.

I ordered 3 cakes with the instruction that it should be ready for pick up by 5 pm the following day. However, I had to wait for almost 20 minutes for them to pack the cakes.

Carpet is old. Darken spots was not well cleaned due to age of the carpet not change, should be change to a new one, Referring to the carpet where our bed on floor
