Odlična lokacija, ljubazan domaćin. Siguran parking u okviru zgrade. Stan je opremljen onim što je neophodno za boravak: posuđe, čaj, kafa. Čistoća stana takođe izuzetna.

Krevet je bio vrlo neudoban tako da nam je to pokvarilo utisak s obzirom na to da se nismo naspavali.
