+ Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit großerAuswahl, gutem Kaffee und einem sehr leckeren Multivitaminsaft + Ruhiges Ambiente + Neue Fenster, zumindest in meinem Zimmer + Größe des renovierten Zimmers mit breitem Bett, stimmiger und gemütlicher Inneneinrichtung u. topmodernem Bad/WC + Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis + Sehr freundlicher Empfang + Restaurant(s) in der Nähe vorhanden, so dass das Auto über den Aufenthalt stehen bleiben kann

- Aufgequollene Türzarge ins Bad/WC, die leider nicht saniert oder erneuert wurde. Bei der Mühe, die man sich sonst bei der Renovierung gemacht hat, sehr schade - Parkplätze sind zu wenige vorhanden, so dass ich keinen ergattern konnte, aber zum Glück in der Seitenstraße einen fand
