Not bad… but unfortunately the overall experience was very embarrassing, especially considering the behavior of the staff. I booked a table for 7:30 pm with a credit card, clearly specifying that we were coming with our 14-month-old daughter and that we needed a high chair. When we arrived, the dining room manager (short white hair) seemed completely unprepared and told us the table was too small and that the stroller was a problem. We were asked to wait and were finally seated at 8:30 pm. During the meal, between courses (starter, first and second course), we were not even provided with clean plates or cutlery. The worst part came at the end of dinner: after two napkins had fallen on the floor from our child, the manager moved the table and told me to pick up and clean what had fallen on the floor. An unacceptable and disrespectful attitude, especially toward a family with a small child.

"A delightful place to spend a few days in the Aosta valley."

We had a junior suite with the most magnificent views up the valley to Monte Bianco. We loved the covered balcony from which we could have a drink and look at the views. The staff were delightful and very helpful.

My wife loves a spa but found the pricing a bit fierce, so didn't use the spa facilities at all; although we were out any about quite a lot of the time. Breakfast service was good but, on occasions, a little slow.
