The staff is very nice!!! Accommodating as well

The rooms weren’t as clean as it should’ve been. I had to wipe down myself and request some cleaning items from housekeeping

Breakfast was really great

It needs renovation (the rooms are dated) paying for parking in that area was unnecessary and for the nightly rate it should have been included.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Darius was awesome, he was polite, kind, and helpful. He really lit up the lobby with such calm positive demeanor!

"Jacksonville trip"

From check-in to check-out everyone was so helpful and kind.

Waiting to be picked up at airport. Apparently there was a traffic detour the van had to take. A text explaining would have been helpful.
