Front desk personnel were very pleasant and helpful.

Room was booked for four - only set up for three. Had to go to front desk to get extra towel, washcloth, etc. Was supposed to be buffet breakfast, but, they changed it to a sit down with a specific menu. Temperature in lobby and dining area was cold.

Facility appeared “tired”. Rooms felt like they had been updated at some point but poor execution.’

The room, beds, breakfast were all good.

The staff in the breakfast room were excellent but the staff on the front desk, particularly when we contacted them a few hours after leaving to say we'd left something in the fridge of one our rooms. Actually, it was a unique water flask that had been specifically designed for my daughter and rather expensive. Firstly, they didn't follow up and when chased for a reply and that's when the rudeness began. I took this to the manager or one of the managers who wrote an apologetic letter asking me to explain the situation and saying that she would look into it, but though replying to her several weeks ago, she has still not responded.

I was really wowed with the full featured breakfast in the restaurant. This was included, which made it an exceptional value.

On arrival our room was clean and comfortable and everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good and staff was very friendly. Keep up the good work. Thank you for freiendliness.

I did not like the charge for the parking that was a supprice for me.

Bed was very comfortable and Front desk staff was awesome.
