"Great but untapped potential"

wonderful location, cozy living room, two nice saunas

1. No available bed sheets (it wasn’t mentioned that they should be reserved at an extra cost), and when I indicated this, they sent us out in the cold to take some, which had a lot of hairs on them, from a box that was outside in the nature. 2. Two chaudières were not working. 3. The electricity was cut a couple of times. 4. The wardrobes inside were dirty and dusty.
