Fantastic service and a 5 star breakfast! They were very generous with the breakfast and it was well done. Coffee, tea, fresh fruit juice. Amazing pastries, eggs or tapioca pancake, fresh fruit (changed day to day) and yoghurt. Great location on the Quadrado too. Very quick on whats app and friendly team :)

Excellent breakfast, very kind staff, comfortable room, excellent location

No TV in the room despite the hotel made available to us a tablet to watch TV. However, they haven't had no more available access codes to the TV App GloboPlay, since the available ones were given to other guests.

"Great stay"

Convenient location in the center of the square. Great views over the jungle. Small pool to refresh you. Great staff ready to help and support.

Like many other properties in Trancoso you do not have full noise isolation. You can hear the rain but that’s relaxing too.
