Fuimos a Guadalajara porque operaron a mi papá, la clínica esta dos cuadras, el inconveniente que encontramos es que el hotel no tiene elevadores, después de la cirugía decidimos dejar el hotel, aún pagada la noche, mi papá no podía subir escaleras.

It rained and water flooded the room where I was staying. It happened 3 nights in a row. I had to use the bath towels to soak the water from the floor. In 3 days my room didn't have any maintenance. Didn't pick up the trash, neither did the bed. I asked why and I was told that they didn't have a copy key of the room.
