Requested water view and revieved an email "request granted". What we got was a parking lot view. The air conditioner was too noisy. Had to raise the temperature to lower the noise resulting in a bad night sleep. I feel we overpaid for what we got.

Room was not clean enough. I doubt the bed sheets and towels were clean, not used by previous guests. The AC was very very noisy, LOUD. We had to turn it off and sleep the whole night at room temperature. ( it’s in the Florida key Largo, in the middle of summer) The bathroom was horrible!!! Dirty and even worse, the shower was clogged. It’s was very uncomfortable. Fortunately, we stayed for only one night.
