スタッフの対応が温かかった

建物が古く玄関ロビー廊下は寒い、共同洗面所のお湯がでない部屋の暖房はエアコンで室外機の音が室内にも響き、サッシではない木枠の窓のガラスが共振して音がうるさく、つけたままは寝られないエアコン止めると寒くなり冬は辛いこの設備でこの値段は富士山周辺とはいえ割高感を感じる冬以外の季節なら満足したかもスタッフの対応がが温かいだけに残念でした
