Finca Coyoacán

The place was charming, small scale, did not run into other guests. The host was very flexible and accomodating to us, which was really appreciated since our travel plans got terribly disrupted and we needed all the help we could get.

Amazing location! We loved walking around this very safe and lovely neighborhood! The unit was very easy to access by code. We never met the owner, but he responded to my message very quickly. We appreciated the use of the downstairs communal space of kitchen and living room. The bedrooms are upstairs. Very clean and comfortable!

The bathroom is located right in the room. There is a divider, but not much privacy when using the facilities. It is fine if just one person or a couple. Thankfully my partner and I don’t mind a lack of privacy. Lol. But there is another bathroom in the downstairs that we were able to use as well for more privacy.

We reserved the room last minute, but the owner Jorge was super nice and let us do the check in before the actual check in time. The whole house is spacious with a kitchen and a cool backyard terrace. Everything was super clean. The location is also perfect! Just a few minutes walking from the Coyoacan market and the Frida Kahlo museum. There are many bars and restaurants near the apartment. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Mexico city.

The host is extremely communicative and helpful. The home was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Neighborhood is nice.

Too much road noise, room is directly on a busy street which made sleep difficult. The bed was so soft it wasn’t great sleep experience. Incredibly small bathroom in room.

Everything was great

We wanted to spend one night in Coyoacán and saw an availability at short notice. We loved this accommodation. It was comfortable, easy to find, located close to all the sights in Coyoacan. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had good pressure (hot water took a couple of mins to start coming, but it’s standard in all the places we stayed at during our trip). Communication with the host (Jorge) was very easy via messages and in person. We got instructions on how to check in and check out, Jorge gave us some tips about where to get good tacos close by. Definitely recommended!

Excellent area in México city. Very safe and near the beautiful center of Coyoacan. Restaurants, shops and coffee near by the place. The host was super friendly.
