Location is acceptable, you can reach quickly Târgu Cucu. Owner was responsive when asking for extra bed sheets. Parking is available - although it requires quite some skills for taking the necessary turns.

Pipes exposed on the outside, pipes are not under the tiles, they are all throughout the apartment. Same for the electrical installation, all exposed, no efforts to make it a nice cosy apartment. It feels like some older technical building was transformed into an apartment. Safety is surely not on the top list at this priority. The gas pipe was never really checked for safety, that is what happens in a country where bribe is still at force, owners just give bribe to get a certificate to show that their property is safe. But in reality that gas installation was far away from being safe. Smell of gas in the kitchen, I am happy I did not get intoxicated. The detector usually discovers such a leak and sends an alert - but the gas detector was never functional. See the picture, it was never taken out of the box, there is not even an electrical socket next to it... Normally every 2 years a company should come to check that all safety equipment is correctly installed - but clearly it is not the case for this property.

Clean place, owners very nice.

The landlord was friendly and responsive. The property itself was secure - gated access, secure parking, fob entry. The apartment was very clean and modern with comfortable bed and sofa. It was well equipped with washer, hairdryer, iron etc. it is well located between airport and city centre with plenty transport links for exploring the city and wider communities and near local shops. I would definitely return A***
