Historic Whiting Hotel Suites

My stays here are almost always great. Every once in a while I get a disrespectful neighbor, but that’s no fault of the property! This stay (which was a couple of nights) was great, although the day of checkout I was looking forward to a hot shower before I left and the water just never got past luke warm. Thankfully this was a want, not a need, and the rest of my stay was great like normal!

The property itself is super old. But its super clean!!! The tv is way to small for the room though, and the rooms facing the street really need blackout curtains, the street lights are super bright!

Everything went well with the check in. I was a bit skeptical when I realized everything was contactless but it went off without a hitch. The only complaint we have is that the exterior lights illuminate the sleeping quarters of room 1.

It was a cozy room in the right location. We enjoyed the vintage aesthetic.

Was excited about my daughter’s mother trip was great until we got to hotel. Was excited for the old style welllll it was very dirty the blinds we so dusty we did art work on them. The door facings were so dirty the fuzz was hanging off the ac had mold didn’t keep room cool at all we were hot all night. The biggest thing no curtains light right out side every window and door looked liked daytime 24/7. Will never stay here agin I will be back to Pawhuska Oklahoma next week but, won’t be staying here.

The property is well restored with out taking away from the history, and the way things in that era looked. The doors, windows, and cabinets things like that all reminded me of the way things looked in the house i grew up in the early 50's. Clean good amenities, very quiet especially on Sunday when almost everything was closed. Very nice stay for my wife and i on our 50th anniversary.

Nice location. Old building. Quaint decor. Fruit flies in the kitchen. Loud air conditioning. Would stay again. Thanks

I loved the hotel. It is not for someone who expects modern, shiny, new. It has character! It was extremely clean! I will stay there again if i am in the area. It will be fabulous with a lot of restoration!

This property is run down. The room did not have a smoke detector. The Vyve internet box was dangling from the tv mount. Had to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to work. They don’t have anybody at a desk or anything. You walk in the hallway where all the old apartment rooms are, open an old-school desk lid and grab out your envelope with your name and room number on it. Then you open the envelope to find an old spoon with a key attached to it. Very few plug ins. Window a/c.
