O hotel é ótimo, mas não tem atendimento além da recepção depois das 5pm

O quarto poderia estar mais limpo e poderiam levar restos de comida qdo limpam o quarto. Os funcionários não foram súper atenciosos ou ajudaram muito.

Nice hotel. Clean, well maintained and comfortable. Well located. Lovely setting. Would happily stay again. All the staff were super helpful and welcoming with the exception of a rather curt check in. We passed it off as a one time oddity and all was good from then on. All our needs were met. The restaurants on property were very good. Highly recommend.

Our shower and bathroom floors were dirty. There was hair and dirt stains in the shower and hair on the floors. The hotel looks nice and upon entering the front desk staff is polite and professional. Valet is $39/day which is pretty standard for the area. They have a mandatory $27 amenity fee. I asked and they said it gives you $20 credit at one of their restaurants which doesn’t make much sense. This fee is per day so add that to your nightly rate. If they had consciously cleaned the bathroom, it would have been a good stay.

It s right across University of Miami

There was a blood stain on the mattress protector! The lady in charge very politely offered to switch us to a different room. Also, I booked a room for three (2 double beds) and there was only 1 robe… and two pairs of slippers. The slippers were obviously worn even thou those are suppose to be disposables. If they want to save the environment, just don’t offer them. Also, in booking it say the breakfast is included… they give you a $10 voucher… (see menu prices). Customer service was excellent, but the whole experience definitively not worth $300 a night! And a totally visible blood stain at the head of the bed, inadmissible!
