Swan Lake Resort

Absolutely in love with this property and already planning another trip. A great getaway from the city life for my son's birthday. The Grill was new and made the best steaks. The washer and dryer was super convenient and we didn't have to worry about taking dirty clothes home. The neighbors are super sweet. Be sure to have a chat with Bruce the man to the left side of the house- his dogs lilly and booboo are the sweetest and Bruce was a lovely addition as well. Owners of the property also offer gym and spa services. If I hadn't JUST had my monthly spa day earlier in the week I would've taken full advantage. The house is adorable and spacious. My husband, mom, and son all settled in perfectly. We honestly didn't want to leave. You're 5 minutes away from a Walmart, Wawa, and storybook land.

Proximity to GSP; family close. Quiet and peaceful. Very well appointed unit. Clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable!

The roads were in bad shape; rough ride! I noticed a lot of dogs in the Resort, including ours. Dog poop stations would be helpful; no place to throw away except carry back to your unit. No extra TP. Deck and outdoor furniture not sufficiently clean for guest use.

Very nice, friendly atmosphere. Pets welcome.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Samwan Lake. The house was updated and had all the conveniences of home and then some! We enjoyed sipping our coffee on the rear deck. It was quiet peaceful and clean. Communication was outstanding. We are already planning a family trip back to Swan Lake this summer.

Location, size of the house, layout of the house... perfect. It was well equipped with kitchen supplies. Facility was lovely. Pretty walking trails. There was every appliance we needed to use. Toasty fireplace. Cozy and cute place. Spacious enough for the four of us.

It needs a deep and thorough cleaning. Could have used some toiletries, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, tissues, etc.

I would highly recommend this property for a quiet peaceful get away. Easy checkin and checkout. Very clean. Most importantly no hassle. I will definitely be staying again in the near future.

To start off the neighbors dogs were on the property and I had to wait for owner to get his dogs from entering the rental my autistic son had an episode because he is terrified of dogs and apparently he allowed his dogs to use the bathroom on the rental property because there was dog feces in the walk way of the grass where we had to park also when we got there there was old trash n food in a bag in a cabinet by the trash that brought massive fruit flies that was super annoying during the stay while we cooked and thoughtout the whole house also the patio furniture was moldy and dirty it seemed that prior guests left things in the house . the house as a whole looked ok just not what I expected just seemed like the cleaning wasn’t done very well.
