"Pleasant place to stay"

Location was pretty good near (1) Renault winery that we wanted to visit. (2) There was nearby grocery (3). Also found a good Thai restaurant nearby. The house had nice ambiance, liked the water fountain and the a nice kitchen area. Nice one bedroom and shower area. Clean enough and pet friendly. Has good wifi. Did not get to use, Jacuzzi was nice too.

The house has only 1 room best for two people, 3rd person had to sleep on the sofa, it’s not a sofa bed. It was clean, though I would say, the coffee water supply need cleaning and the kitchen towel should be changed. The TV was not connected properly but we figured it out. Not too crazy about a separate bathroom with no sink in master but it is preference.

The view of the lake was amazing!!!

I was expecting prettier sights on my way into the complex ie manicured lawns since I heard Swan Lake Resort…

"Double Booked :("

Only gave it this rating because there was no option to rate the experience of losing the reservation. Reservation was made 4 months in advance, only to find out 5 days before check in that the house was double booked. Option was given to come in on a Friday to one house, and leave the next day, and to come back again on Sunday to another house. Not easy to do with older family members. Was offered a free night, but unfortunately can’t and won’t be able to use it (traveling in from eastern LI). Communication was okay, but a major inconvenience overall. Ended up booking at the Marriott Villas for the 3 days and 2 nights instead.

Nice apartment, spacious Pet friendly

Nothing to do on the lake in a hot summer weather. You cannot swim. No people. Boring I couldn’t use a washing machine because of mold. Black mold on rubber surface Also I did not like sawdust covering between houses

We stayed at the Athena House. The house was beautiful. We enjoyed kayaking and had an awesome stay.
