village très vieux. Il ya fait du gros scotch orange en bas du miroir de notre chambre. Assise des toilettes cassée. Il est indiqué sur le site arrivée a 16H et quand on est à l'accueille il y a un panneau 16H30. Chambre très chère vue la village. Il revaut même pas les 2 étoiles annonces...Je ne conseille vraiment pas .

Un séjour agréable dommage pas la climatisation et la nourriture c’est celle du cantine ça vaut pas 14 euros

Horaire d'ouverture 16h30 et non 16h comme mentionné. Pas d'activités enfants le we. Logements non climatisés.

Village de vacances simple. Basique. Literie très confortable. Chambre double avec salle de bain et autre partie chambre avec 3 lits. Petit déjeuner très simple. Porte fenêtre donnant sur le parc mais aussi entrée directe sur chambre.

Chambre moyenne mais nous nous y attendions. L'accueil super sympa avec de nombreux renseignement. Nous avions pris la formule nuit et petit déjeuner et pour le prix c'était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous y étions que pour dormir, le club est super bien situé dans Argeles. A modifier, une clim dans les chambres et un bon coup de modernisation.

My friends and I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! We arrived to the hotel early before check-in time, and instead of letting us store our luggage in a secure location, the receptionist simply told us to put our luggage under the staircase. When we finally were able to check in, the receptionist failed to inform us that there was a gate code to let us into the hotel at night. Fortunately, the bartender informed us that we needed a gate code, or else we would've been locked out at night. As for our room, IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES POSTED ONLINE. The floors were dusty, infested with ANTS. There were cobwebs on the ceilings, floors, everywhere. The bathrooms had no hand soap. The lighting was dim and gross. The shower was gross and moldy. Lastly, the staff was awful. The receptionists were extremely rude to us. They gave us almost no information about the hotel, how to get around town, neglected to tell us about the gate code, etc. There were very dismissive and seemed like they did not want to talk to us because they assumed we were Americans. On our second night there, we tried to go eat at the restaurant for dinner. And a worker grabbed plates of food out of hands because we had to pay before we ate. But no one told us anything about how to pay for food there or how much to pay. We decided not to eat there because of how rude the worker was to us when she yanked plates out of our hands and the food looked & seemed awful.
