Sharm El Naga Resort and Diving Center

The food was very good at all meals. The beach lounge chairs with umbrellas were very nice. I loved snorkelling right off the pier.

It was a shame that we were not allowed on the sandy beach just below.

Staff was wonderful, place was Soo nice.

The stairs into the see was not safe (very slippery and not taking care off) , the AC. in the room was really extremely noise.

The welcome at this hotel for repeat customers is amazing. Our names never need to be reminded, the staff all know our names. The staff are all lovely people that help you try and achieve anything you want, if given a warm smile and a word of thanks. Breakfast gives you guaranteed eggs and guaranteed chips (french fries), every day. Eggs and chips - the breakfast of champions! Other breakfast options are also available, but this is MY review! The beach has a small massage tent. Eagles Spa now run the massage service. This is the best run massage service I have ever known, Kroom does an excellent job of making her team available at the time you want, and Lammia gives the best Strong massage I have ever had, anywhere in the world. I was only there for three nights this time, but had strong massages on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I had to tell Lammia to take it a bit easier on Thursday, and that has never happened before! They cater for couples too, and do special package prices for multiple days/people. Snorkelling (from the jetty) at this hotel is better than any of the three neighbouring hotels. The jetty is situated to terminate in flat water, whereas other jetties are battered by waves, or snorkelling involves walking across the sand and into the shallows - which can be hazardous.

Had to ask for water, tea and coffee to be replenished in the room. Cold Water main pressure was less than expected, not a major problem, but a slight annoyance.
