"Amazing staff!"

Everything, especially waiting at the front door for me and putting a parking voucher on my car 1st thing in the morning so I don't get a ticket, I mean who does that. That's why you deserve a 10, you really care. There is an amazing kebab shop 4 blocks away, if that is your thing.

"the check in guy was nice but this place was terrible."

nothing as we checked in and then checked out immediately as it was that bad.

no Wi-Fi in the suite room. the AC was not functioning and was filthy vents. room was hot. Could not credit my credit card, returned money in cash.

The hotel is in a very good spot of the city. Restaurants, shops and bars are very close. Communications was perfect as well.

We had trouble with the bathroom door in our room, need to be checked.
