USThe swimming pool is nice. The staff were friendly.
It's outrageously priced for what is offered. The price for a room is comparable to one of the nicer resorts in town but what you get is essentially a filthy bungalow/lodge infested with bugs and every conceivable other kind of animal trying to get in at night. And the paltry breakfast was disappointing, again considering the exorbitant price of the room. The staff are nice but the ownership really needs to either clean the place up more or make the room rates a fair price. Outrageous and wildly unfair as it is.

Place is flooded with insects, bugs and what not. Main issue is that the houses/lodges are Not fully closed. Some openings in the roof allow Bugs to enter the room Freely
GBThe resort was uncared for and very badly maintained. We complained and they moved us to the sister hotel, which was lovely. Although additional expense as we had to pay for a taxi to siem reap. Basics for eg no milk for coffee, no menu, food very poor to average Very long way from Siem Reap

Remote - nowhere to wander to nearby Run down after Covid Poor storage space in room, no shelves Our room wasn't serviced one night and given we were only guests, it was an oversight Area round pool a bit neglected Had hassle with management over driver they'd recommended and were given the third degree Asked for hangers and a map but not provided

AUWonderful hotel, stunning surroundings for those who want to soak up nature. Lodges where spacious, food of a high quality. The staff were outstanding, probably amongst the best I have experienced.
The beds were a little firm as were the pillows. It would have been good to have a few more dishes to choose from, as the traditional food was excellent.
KHthe wooden houses are very comfortable and spacious.
KHWonderful bedroom, and awesome pool. Restaurant was ok. Good is good.
No hot water in the shower. We asked them to fix it 3 times in 2 days and that didn’t happen. They have a staffing issue atm.
