清潔感のある綺麗な大きい部屋でした。 スタッフさんの対応、ディナー含め 本当に素敵な施設でした。

Great service, very relaxed atmosphere, perfectly quiet, excellent food. We had some great relaxed days!

Very remote, you NEED a car, there is NOTHING in reach by walking, the Hotel restaurant is excellent but nothing for every day. The Hotel should fix the loosen or missing pool tiles, several people mentioned this already, this is not safe.

Imposible to change and part of hotel beauty but maybe, too many mosquitos! Haha

Big Room with nice pool. It was great stay!

Rooms are very spacious, beautifully decorated. Staff are all friendly. Breakfast was very nice.

To eat or drink at the hotel is expensive. You should consider hiring a car in order to explore other places to eat on the island. Some parts (like the communal pool area) were a little scruffy around the edges

Food was exquisite. Both the Japanese and Western breakfast options in particular were tasty and fresh. I especially liked the "local" nature of the food, from the pork to the seafood to the bakery items. It was really nice! The "beach BBQ" they offer was the highlight of our stay tho -- truly amazing. I also have to say that one of their managers, Koki Makiyama, went out of his way to make us feel special during our BBQ dinner. He even gave us a free bottle of champagne! Other staff like Alishikawa Natsuki, Wira, and Aqung Gunawan, all made our stay immensely enjoyable. And the beach? OMG don't get me started...stunning :-)

When we arrived, they told us that the BBQ for all the nights we would be there was full. This was irritating, as we'd called in advance and asked if we needed to reserve anything and we were told "no". However, they did fix this in the end in light of the miscommunication on that...but it required us getting a bit upset at the front desk. Really what would have been nicer to see is that, without getting upset, they'd just automatically go above and beyond to find a way to fit us in. Also, they give you some free stuff in the mini-bar when you get there, but it wasn't very high quality stuff. I wish they'd be a little less cheap with the minibar options that they pre-stock (and that don't cost you anything extra). Some nicer liquors and such would be fun. Also, I was on the couch bed staying with my friends. It works in a pinch, but man is that a stiff couch...
