"Great way to start our anniversary and first trip to Bilbao."

Very cool combination of old and contemporary architecture. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The Michelin star restaurant on the property, cava on arrival and complimentary drink and pintxo were a lovely addition.
