Excellent location and quiet considering the proximity to I-95. Staff was Excellent. Very helpful. No idea about the breakfast because I departed super early.

Entrance door B. Someone damaged the door and for me it was inoperative. Used door C no problem. That's not even a dislike. I just failed to make mention of the broken door when checking out. This Holiday Inn gave no reason for a dislike.

"I find that hotels right off 95 tend to be in less desirable areas"

Close to 95

Room was not clean and had a smell. Saw hair in bathroom and on bed. Carpets needed cleaning

The location, the on site restaurant and staff accommodating my mobility issues. The front desk lady Tuesday evening went above and beyond by unplugging our toilet I clogged.

My only issue was we did not get our room vacuumed nor beds made. We got clean towels and more coffee pods only by asking.

It’s neat and clean and the staff were very nice. I will definitely stay there again and recommended to my friends if they’re coming through North Carolina
