Old and needs to be updated. Price was good.

This is a transitional housing facility for the unhoused. We were not aware when we booked it. Everyone was nice. The desk clerks were great. But you get what you pay for. We had a hard time relaxing at first. The facility is older-a but rung down and not the mid century mod bespoke vision of the photos. If you’re not expecting to share a single elevator-just allow extra time. We thought about leaving. But the people were nice and we felt safe enough (we made sure to be back in the room by dark since we were walking). We figured our fees helped support the mission of getting homeless people off the streets.

We try to check in late (around 11 pm), we get to the front desk no one was there, security guard come up to us and he was very/extremely rude, we waited (20-30 mins) for someone to come up to the front desk no one showed up, so we left. My girlfriend and my sister felt very uncomfortable/unsafe, very bad experience,I wouldn’t NEVER book a room here.

I liked the closeness to the expo center and availability.

I like the cleanliness, quiet inside. Convenient parking. Features are a bit dated, but we always stay here. The onsite restaurant is really good

This is not a hotel. It’s a halfway house. All the staff are ex-convicts.

It was a registered homeless shelter the quality of people there was terrible and it had no a/c

A/C not working. Lights in room not working. No soap provided for bath. Terrible experience
