We had an excellent experience right from the beginning. Check-in with Ericka Burns was a pleasure. We found her to be most attentive to our needs making certain that all went smoothly. While waiting in the lobby for my wife I watched her in action with other guests and they received the same high stand of service as we did. It’s readily apparent that Ericka truly understands what top notch customer service is! It’s refreshing to see one so passionate about their work in this day and time. My stay was wonderful, arrived at 1:30 am because of 3x flight delay. I was greeted w/ a big smile and a very warm yummy cookie! 🍪 Dewayne is engaging, thorough and very knowledgeable of ATL. He’s an amazing asset to your company! You should give him a raise. He’s a keeper. Only problem I had, I couldn’t watch tv because I didn’t know how to use the remote. I should have asked for help. Decided it was better to relax and enjoy that comfortable bed. I loved the uniqueness of hotel and its beautiful unique decor. Thank you so much for wonderful experience. P.
